The MBTA serves the airport through Airport Station on the Blue Line, located northwest of the airport terminals. This station was opened on January 5, 1952. A single service, the Blue Line, operates through this station. As of September 2022, 7-8 trains operate an hour to the city center on weekdays off peak.
